Plum is a boutique villa project in Maenam, on the quiet north coast of Koh Samui. The area is known for its long sandy beach facing Koh Phangan, local restaurants and greenery, yet Bophut, Fisherman’s Village and the airport are close. The beach is about 6 minutes away by car. The villas offer about 220 m² with an open living area, kitchen and dining room, bedrooms and a terrace with a private pool. Modern architecture meets the tropical setting: large glazing brings in plenty of light and the lounge area opens onto the garden. The project includes several villa types (A, B and C) with different layouts. What sets Plum apart is the build quality. The developer uses high-grade materials and full thermal and acoustic insulation, which is rare in the tropics. In practice that means cooler interiors, lower air-conditioning bills and quiet inside. The developer owns the land directly. You buy leasehold, and the 30-year land lease is already included in the 10.5m THB price. The contract allows renewal for another 30 years under its terms. Construction is under way with completion planned for 2027, so buyers can still agree parts of the finish with the developer. We show progress on video, and there is no commission for buyers.
