1. General provisions

These terms are issued under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronically Supplied Services and set out the rules for using the website at beluxestate.com (the "Website").

The Website is run by BeLuxe Estate, Test, tax ID (NIP): Test, Test, e-mail: info@beluxestate.com, phone: Test (the "Provider").

2. Services

Free of charge, the Provider offers: access to information about properties and destinations, an enquiry form, personal links to offers prepared for a client, and optional e-mails with new offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each message.

Buying a property or using brokerage services requires a separate agreement, concluded with the Provider or a third party in the required legal form. These terms do not govern such agreements.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled, and an active e-mail address or phone number. Using the internet involves typical risks such as malware; we recommend keeping your software up to date.

4. Rules of use

You must use the Website lawfully, give true data and not submit unlawful content. Automated submissions and attempts to disrupt the Website are forbidden. Offer links are intended for their recipient.

5. Conclusion and termination

The agreement for using the form is concluded when you send it and ends once your enquiry has been handled. The agreement for browsing the Website ends when you leave it. You can stop using the services at any time, without giving a reason or incurring any cost.

6. Nature of the information

Content on the Website and in offers is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Prices, availability and rental return forecasts are estimates and may change. They are not a guarantee of profit.

Nothing on the Website is investment, legal or tax advice. Investing in property involves risk, including currency risk and changes in Thai law. Before deciding, consult independent advisors. Photos and visualisations are illustrative and may differ from the actual property.

7. Intellectual property

The Website's content, graphics and logo are legally protected. They may not be copied or distributed without the Provider's consent, except as permitted by law.

8. Complaints

Send complaints about the services to info@beluxestate.com, describing the problem and how to contact you. We reply within 14 days.

9. Consumers and disputes

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence. Consumers may use out-of-court resolution, including the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection. Disputes are resolved by the competent common court.

11. Changes

We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in law or in the services. The new version applies from its publication on the Website and does not affect enquiries already sent.
