Elegance Residence is being built on Pratumnak Hill, in the quiet Cosy Beach area between central Pattaya and Jomtien. The beach is about 300 m away, Tops supermarket 800 m, Pattaya Viewpoint 1 km, and Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street 2–2.5 km. It is one of the most sought-after locations in the city: close to everything, yet away from the bustle. The building has 14 floors and a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. There will be no more than 75 residences, so this is a boutique project rather than a tower with hundreds of units. Residents get a hotel-style lobby, a 15 m pool with a children’s pool, a sky gym, a residents’ lounge, basement parking with EV chargers and 24-hour security. The building is pet-friendly, subject to conditions. Units include type A one bedroom condos (42–57 m²) and type B two bedroom condos (86–100 m²). They come fully furnished: European kitchens with Electrolux appliances, American Standard bathrooms, Daikin air conditioning, digital locks and fibre internet. Double walls and sound-insulating glazing keep it quiet. The developer owns the whole plot and has completed an earlier project in the same area. Pre-launch prices start from 5.3m THB, and foreigners buy freehold within the 49% quota. Construction is planned to start around the turn of 2027 and 2028 and to take 18–24 months. Buying early usually means the lowest price and the widest choice of sea-view floors.
