Boho Chic Village is a boutique estate of 14 villas in Bang Po (Bang Por, soi 5), on the quiet, green north coast of Koh Samui near Maenam. White arched architecture, wooden pergolas and tropical gardens blend Thai craftsmanship with a relaxed boho style. This is one of the last two type C villas: plot 7.

Layout and size

The single-storey villa has 71.5 m² of internal space: living room with dining area and kitchen (30.5 m²), master bedroom (14.5 m²), second bedroom (15 m²) and two bathrooms. Including terraces, pool and parking the villa covers 232 m²: an 8 × 3 m private pool (24 m²), pool deck (33 m²), balconies and terraces (45 m²) and parking (40 m²). It sits on a 353 m² plot, and both bedrooms open onto the terrace and pool.

What the price includes

Construction with finishing, furniture and decor, a lagoon-style pool, garden, entrance gate, parking, a fence around the plot and the main electricity and water connections.

Price and ownership: freehold or leasehold

The villa costs 7,500,000 THB, with a 150,000 THB discount in the developer’s current price list (7,350,000 THB). The land can be bought freehold for 2,500,000 THB or leased for 8,000 THB per month. The common fee is 2,000 THB per month. Foreigners cannot own land in Thailand in their own name, so we choose the right structure together with a lawyer. Leasehold is the simplest route to your own villa on Koh Samui.

Developer and completion

The developer is Thai and owns the land. Estate completion is planned for 15 December 2026. Construction of the villa starts after the first instalment.
