ANAVA Samui is being built in Bophut, on the north coast of Koh Samui, right by the beach and a few minutes from Fisherman’s Village. The airport, Central Festival mall and Chaweng Beach are all within about 3 km, along with hospitals, schools and large shops, which makes it one of the most convenient locations on the island for your own stays and for rental. At the heart of the complex is a connected pool of about 2,000 m² that winds between the buildings, so many condos step straight into the water. Around it are tropical gardens, walkways and lounge areas. The project is to be run with a hotel management company, which makes renting the unit easier when you are away. Units include studios (28–35 m²), one bedroom condos (about 45 m²) and two bedroom condos (about 59 m²). On the beach side there are villas on plots of about 800 m², with over 220 m² of indoor space, a private pool and a garden. Foreigners buy the condos freehold within the foreign quota.
